Food brings people together.
You can count on 15+ years of food service experience between two bros who have been on all sides of the restaurant industry. Not only do they work hard to make good food, they make you feel invited rather than served. Mick worked his way from broiler cook to executive sous chef at BLT Steak, then catered at Indigo. Quincy built Bing Bros and Kapwa Coffee Bar. Four people or fifty, same food, same welcome.

Where do you cater?
Honolulu and island-wide across Oʻahu. Plate lunches, bao and fries by the pan, set up and served for parties, offices and pop-ups.

How much does catering cost?
There are four per-person menus: $11, $15, $19, and a $23 Hawaiian menu. You pick one menu for the whole party and pay per guest.

Is there a minimum?
Yes. 10 guests, with 3 days notice. Call in advance so we can lock in your date.

What is on the $23 Hawaiian menu?
Chicken Long Rice, Kalua Pig, Laulau, Lomi Salmon, Hawaiian-Style Ahi Poke, White Rice, Pineapple Wedges and Haupia.

Can I order bao buns on their own?
Yes. Bao buns are $66 a dozen from the catering selection: Shrimp Tempura, Pork Belly Sisig, BBQ Kalua Pork, Fried Chicken Chipotle, Char Siu Chicken, Char Siu Pork, Garlic Butter Crab and Pastrami Melt.

Can I add fries by the pan?
Yes. Beer Battered Sidewinder is $55 a small pan or $110 large, Garlic Parmesan is $65 or $125, and Loaded Crab is $85 or $165.
