We cater in Honolulu and across Oʻahu, from town to the west side, the central plain and the windward coast. Wherever the party is, you get the same four menus and the same food.

How do I book catering?
Build your order online: pick a menu, enter your guest count and date, and add bao or fries by the pan. You see the estimate as you go. Send it over and Mick confirms the final quote.

Do you drop off or serve?
Either. With drop-off we deliver it hot and set it down. With set up and serve, we set up and serve your guests. Not sure yet? Talk it through with Mick.

Can the food truck come to my event?
Yes. The truck can come and serve the regular menu. That is quoted separately, so tick the box on the order form or call Mick.

Can I mix menus?
You pick one per-person menu for the whole party, then add bao by the dozen or fries by the pan on top.
