Beer Battered Sidewinder is $55 a small pan or $110 large, Garlic Parmesan is $65 or $125, and Loaded Crab is $85 or $165.

Are the catering bao the same as the truck?
No. The catering selection has eight flavors, and some of them, like Pork Belly Sisig and Pastrami Melt, are not on the truck menu.
